Jared Montz Pro Soccer Camps
I started my own soccer camps, the Jared Montz Pro Soccer Camps, in January 2006 as my way to give back to the youth in community. Since then I have done about 60 camps in six years and have enjoyed being a positive impact on my players’ lives and teaching them the soccer skills, smarts, and techniques I have now that I wish I could have had at their age.
Currently my soccer camps are only located in and around my hometown, Mandeville, LA. Camps are held in Mandeville, Madisonville, Gonzales and Shreveport, Louisiana. If you are interested in coming to my camp and you live in Alaska or anywhere too far to attend my current camp locations, I apologize. The good news is thanks to my Online Soccer Academy I can still coach you wherever you are!

Our two children have been attending Jared's soccer camps since 2005. He is a former professional soccer who has instilled in both of our children a drive to succeed and be the best you can be. He has taught them the nuances and soccer concepts of play that only a professional player can teach and explain. Over the past several years both of my daughters Eugenia and Henley have attended some of your camps. Eugenia has come away from your camps inspired to play the game of soccer and both girls have been inspired to develop their skills beyond the soccer field. My son Gavin has had a great experience at every Jared Montz Soccer Camp he has attended. Jared has a phenomenal gift of being able to connect with kids of any age while providing soccer skill training. The camps were always enjoyable for Gavin. Martha enjoys Jared's camp because there is no stress in having to perform perfectly. The atmosphere is fun which makes learning more enjoyable. The coaches understand that camp has to be fun in order for the campers to continue to enjoy soccer and want to strive to get better. The "Goal" skits are the highlight of the camp. Martha told me that she likes the fact that there are not more than 6 to 8 campers in her group. It's easier to learn the fundamentals with less campers.

Shannon has attended over 5 JM camps and we love watching how her skills continue to improve. Every day after camp she loves sharing the skills and tricks she learned that day. The individual attention the kids receive not only boosts the practical aspect of the sport but also builds self confidence that transfers over into their daily lives. My name is Eric Brewster and I have 2 children who play soccer for a local ballpark in Madisonville, LA. Hayden age 11 and Heidi age 8 have been to 3 or 4 of Jared Montz’s soccer camps. My kids both love attending the camps because Jared challenges them to be the best they can be on the soccer field as well as off the soccer field. Some of the things they learn are more about “life lessons” which will help them be successful as athletes and successful people in the workplace.
Jared teaches the kids the basics of the game of soccer including proper technique, and he also assists my soccer team and some of the competitive soccer teams’ coaches in the different drills to teach their players throughout the soccer season. I personally would recommend signing up your kids for one of his camps this summer; their skill sets will improve drastically. His free online soccer academy is a wealth of knowledge for the kids who want to advance their soccer careers and improve on different parts of their soccer game. He truly lives his motto of “ Believe in it!”

Our son Sawyer has attended several Jared Montz Pro Soccer Camps, and is currently signed up for the next camp in Shreveport. For us, this is a “cannot miss” experience for several reasons, the most important of which can be summarized in three words “Believe in it” R. This is the mission statement for the camp and is reinforced in the participants from the opening remarks to the final farewell. With the pride and focus shown by Jared Montz, we saw a change taking place in our son that boils down to the fact that he started to believe in himself and his dream. This positive reinforcement has bolstered his confidence in working hard to accomplish his goals – including soccer. He not only gets to work on technical skills but has a great time and gets positive reinforcement.
