Top 5 Juggling Pick Up Tricks!

Here are 5 great OSA Juggling Videos! 

You probably won't do these pick up skills in games but they are a great way to challenge your skills and show off in front of your friends. 

#1 Advanced Juggling Pick Up Trick

Boom! Coming out the gate with a tough one! I don't have a name for it but I call it Advanced Juggling Pick Up trick. 

#2 Malouda Flick

Love the Malouda flick. If you don't practice it a lot you can get rusty on this one quick but it's a goodie! 

#3 Fancy Juggling Trick - Behind Plant Leg Pick 

Get this done and you could probably get real creative and do a lot of freestyle combos from it.

#4 The Disney

I don't have a name for this pick up trick. I called it the Disney just now because I originally made this OSA video for the Disney Network on youtube. Maybe you've heard of Mickey Mouse?? We are tight! 

#5 Ankle Pop to Knee Bounce

This trick is solid. Sadly, I don't have a name for it so let me know if you do. I'm no freestyler so I don't know all the names for the tricks. That's my bad! 

Bonus Tip!

Some of these pick up tricks require hard ground. If you are failing to get a good bounce on the ball and you are in thick, high grass that is why you are not getting a good bounce. Try to be on a nice field, a field with short grass, a hard field or concrete.
