How to do Around the World

Around the World is when you juggle the ball up in the air with one foot and bring that same foot all the way around the soccer ball and continue to juggle it with out it hitting the ground. You can do this going to the inside or outside of the soccer ball. Once you can juggle the ball with perfect foot control 10 times it will make it easier to master the Around the World soccer trick. 

Key Points:

1. Juggle ball with as little spin as possible
2. Juggle ball up and bring leg around it all in one motion (don't juggle it up, wait and then try to get your foot around it)
3. Little bounce of your plant foot (this will help give you the extra leg height you need to get your foot around it in time)
4. Confidence

Exercise Player Can Do: 

Start without the ball and practice the motion of doing around the world. Get your body use to doing this soccer trick. Then get the ball and practice until you master it. I personally think doing around the world to the inside is easier then to outside, so start out going to the inside first. 

What Player Could Be Doing Wrong: 

If you can't get your leg around the ball fast enough your timing is probably off. You are probably juggling the ball up, pausing a second and then starting the around the world motion. It's got to be all in one motion. 

Make sure the ball is off your foot when you do the around the world. Players tend to do the around the world soccer trick when their foot is still touching the ball, this causes the move to look very awkward.
