#1 Interactive Soccer Training Video

Warm Up: Minute 0 - 5

We are going to need 5 cones and a ball. Pretty standard warm up, 5 minutes jogging and stretching. 

Get your mind and body right for training. Forget about everything else in your life and focus on being in the now. It's time to get better.

Ball Work: Minute 5 - 10

We are going for 5 minutes straight changing up the exercise every 30 seconds. I will go 30 seconds, then you go 30 seconds. You do the ball work I do. Quick feet, let's go!

Shuttle Sprints with Ball: Minute 10 - 15

First cone back, second cone back, third cone back equals one rep. Do a drag back or Cryuff when you make your turn. I'll go while you rest and vice versa. We are doing 5 reps.

Love it, this is what it takes. Everyone is else is taking it easy, we are out here getting better. 


Cone Work: Minute 15 - 20

Dribble in and out of cones and finish with sprint. We will do 9 total. 3 all left foot, 3 all right foot and 3 using booth feet. I'll do 3, then you do three. Make sure you explode when you get out of the cones and get your eyes up at that point. You've broken past defenders, your heads been down at the ball like it should then get your eyes up and see the field as you accelerate out.

Don't worry about hitting the cones sometimes, we all do. React positive.

Speed of Play: Minute 20 - 25

Toss or kick the ball up in the air, as it's coming down take a quick look over your shoulder and then take a touch away from an imaginary defender and sprint 5 -10 yards. You look over your shoulder to see if you have a defender coming, where your teammates are, maybe the goalies out and you can turn and shoot. Best players are always thinking steps ahead and they do that by checking their shoulders. I'll do two or three as an example for you, then you do this for 5 minutes. Don't rush through it.

Push Up's and Juggling: Minute 25 - 30

Do a set of push ups of either 10, 15, 20 or 25. Once you do your set, juggle for a minute. Do 4 sets. I'll go first, tell you to hit pause and then you finish your sets and I'll finish my sets. 

Last bit here. It's been a good session, let's finish on a good note!

Good stuff. Little Dap, nice session. Small improvements daily, equal big improvements over time. Today was a good day. Tomorrow will be better, I can feel it!
