#3 Soccer Training Session

This lighter soccer training session is designed to do the day before a game or after a game. This training session will help to get your blood flowing, muscles loose, keep your touch sharp and mind focused for game day or clear your mind from the game prior. The key is we want you sharp, but not tired which is why it's not a soccer conditioning session. Think of this soccer training video like a lesson from soccer school.


0-5 minutes:

Dynamic Warm up with stretching as you go. Leg kicks, side shuffles, etc. 


5-10 minutes:

Foot juggling using one foot. Do right foot for 30 seconds, then left. Take as small of a touch as possible. 


10-15 minutes:

Thigh Juggling. Juggle normal. Then combos like Right Left, Two Right then Two left, you be creative and challenge yourself. 


15-20 minutes:

Head Juggling. 


20-25 minutes:

Juggle the soccer ball high in the air, control it out of the air using different parts of your body and continue juggling. Challenge yourself on how high you kick it. Maybe check your shoulders too as the ball is coming down to practice good habits on seeing the field. 


25-30 minutes:

Juggle for your record. Once you get your record for the day be sure and update your Online Soccer Academy juggling chart. Or do combo juggling. Like right foot, right thigh. Two feet, two thighs. You be creative.
