Toe to Sole Pick Up Trick
How to do a soccer juggling pick up trick!
Learn a cool soccer juggling pick up trick to show off in front of your friends.
Key Points:
1. Position the toes of your plant foot behind the ball.
2. Swing your dominant foot past the ball and up in the air. As this is happening push the ball up with your plant foot.
3. Push the ball down in the ground using the sole of your cleats near your toes area on your dominant foot.
4. Let the ball bounce then start juggling!
Exercise Player Can Do:
Start off by practicing this move without the ball. Get use to how your body will feel doing it. Then once comfortable make it happen with the ball! Repeat until you master it!
What Player Could Be Doing Wrong:
If the ball is going one away from you when you pop it up with your plant foot then your toes are facing down and you are pushing the ball forward. Keep your toes facing up so the ball goes up in the air, not forward and away from you.
